Carrots and saffron? It’s not a twist on some newfangled New Year diet — it’s a sweet and spicy take on a rum cocktail. Learn to make this and we can practically guarantee someone will fall for your mixology charms.
The Golden Perch Punch
- 1 1/2 ounces Goslings Black Seal Bermuda Rum
- 1 ounce carrot juice
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce spiced simple*
- 1 barspoon pumpkin butter
How:
- Shake, strain, rocks.
- Garnish with a baby heirloom carrot.
*This particular spiced simple syrup is made with turbinado sugar, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, saffron and szechuan peppercorns.
