the what
- we’re obsessed with new, fresh, different life experiences.
- we’re insatiably curious about what’s next.
- we’re hungry for the road less traveled.
- we’re blissfully ignorant of our limitations.
- we’re inclined to dive in before checking the depth meter.
- we’re untrained, unskilled, not genetically gifted.
the what
served raw is a site for experience hunters, fueled by experience hunters.
whether cooking, sipping, partying, primping or chatting with our muses, we’re looking to twist the juice out of life, to extract inspiration from the everyday and take it somewhere new. sure, somewhere new isn’t always better, but we’re more about the ride, rather than the perfect execution of life.
our served raw community is the playground for you to share inspiration, perspiration, frustration, creation (most any PG-13 “ation” you can think of). so come hang out, play, sip, cook, party, get your creativity on. there’s more than enough room in our sandbox…just don’t be a bully.
the served raw crew

Shirley
co-founder with an obsession for off-roading old-, new- and out-of-this world tools, from tagines to atomizers to mortars. enjoys speakeasy picnics, fellow carnivores, and torching any object not in motion (if you spot her at the bar, jog in place to avoid a scorching). desperately seeking: a fire pit-sideboard combo on her terrace, a flame-proof apron that transitions from day to night, and avant garde mixologists and chefs anywhere on the globe. also takes calls on video and raw genius — you got genius, call her.

Stacy
co-founder with a mad mixology habit. likes include: mastering the one-bite menu, serving garnishes and condiments as meals, and pimping out your presentation, mad-scientist-style. dislikes: mean people and ordering straight from the menu. on her wish list: peace on earth, a scotch in everyone’s hands and a swim-up bar in her office. drop a line if you want to share a story, a story idea or your rodarte thigh-high boots.
