3-minute sushi appetizer: Nori piled with spicy tuna and a Japanese sidecar of cucumbers. Cut a sheet of Nori diagonally into diamond shapes. Mix sashimi grade tuna with light mayo, red curry paste and sesame seeds. Place on Nori, fold and seal. Sprinkle cukes with rice wine vinegar, ginger, salt and pepper.
